Hello Kitty Cake


The perfect cake for an 8 year old girl!


This is an 11" dark chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream icing and covered in fondant. I formed Hello Kitty around a base of rice crispy treats, the first time I have used this technique. I don't know why I waited so long, it worked brilliantly!

Orange Gerbera Wedding Cake


This bride wanted and orange and ivory wedding cake to go with her colour scheme and gerbera daisy bridal bouquet. She didn't want a traditional cake, but rather something a little bit different. I wanted to try out a new technique - ruffles.


The bottom tier is 12" and the top is 8", carrot cake with cream cheese icing. The ruffles and flowers are all 100% fondant.
